We are currently accepting applications for the new Whitford City Store opening in Perth in late March 2011. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the opening and really make your mark on the store’s future success. The store requires a full time Assistant Manager and 3IC Manager

As part of the management team you will be expected to inspire and lead a dynamic team, ensuring the profitable running of the store. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered and the store presentation is maintained at an outstanding level, ensuring that the customer experience is an enjoyable one.

The skills and attributes we seek are:

• Previous management experience in a retail environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and build sales and service through exceptional store management
• Experience in staff rostering, recruitment, performance management and all aspects of building a successful team
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Dedication and the ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional people, product and equipment problem solving/ trouble shooting ability
• Sound knowledge of retail requirements; POS, stock control, cash handling, security and Store presentation
• A genuine passion for our products and the growth of our business.
