City Tattersalls Club's restaurants offer a variety of cuisine styles and environments. Esperanto Dining Room offers stylish fine dining, whilst ZEST Restaurant offers a range of contemporary Australian cuisine in a modern and relaxing environment.

We are currently seeking a 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Chef for our dynamic restaurants. You must enjoy being in a busy environment, have a desire to produce excellent results, be able to work within a large team environment, with a passion for food and to expand your knowledge.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Currently studying a certificate II or III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar environment
  • A high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in building an effective team environment
